• Please keep your ticket during the event.
• Spectators who enter the event area lose their rights if they exit the area, they must purchase a new ticket to re-enter the area.
• Under 7 years old are not allowed to the concert. Participants aged 7 and above are subject to a ticket.
• Event tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. New tickets will not be printed for lost tickets. The purchased ticket cannot be used for commercial or non-commercial purposes such as advertisements, contests, sweepstakes, promotions, etc. without written permission. Tickets used for this purpose will be canceled and legal action will be taken.
• The ticket sales company / companies and the Organizer are not responsible for the inability of our audience who arrive after the event starts to sit in the seat they have purchased. The organizer company and ticket sales company/companies do not guarantee seats for late guests. For this reason, we kindly request you to come to the event before the concert time.
• The organizing company has the right not to admit the people who are not suitable for the event, provided that the ticket fee is refunded.
• The organization company reserves the right to make any changes in the program due to unforeseen and unavoidable reasons.
• The organization company reserves the right to change ticket prices.
• Food and beverages are not allowed in the event area.
• Selfie sticks and GoPro sticks are not allowed in the event area.
• Professional audio and video equipment (video cameras and cameras) are not allowed in the event area.
• No recording will be allowed during the event.
• The audience agrees that audiovisual recording devices may be confiscated if the artist management deems it appropriate.
• Security personnel will subject everyone entering the event area to a security search.
• No flammable, explosive (such as deodorant, spray, perfume, cologne, etc.), cutting and piercing tools, thermos, motorcycle helmet and laser pointer are allowed to enter the event area.
• Pets will not be allowed in the event area.
• The sound and light setup in the event area may cause temporary hearing and vision problems.
• Event tickets should only be purchased from the official sales points designated by the organizer. The organizer has the right to remove the owners of the tickets not purchased from the official sales points from the event area.

By bus: There are many buses en route to the venue. You can take a bus that is the most convenient for your location and get off at a bus station near the venue.

By car: You can use navigation apps to get clear directions to reach the venue in the fastest way possible if you prefer to travel via a personal vehicle.

By taxi: You can take a taxi to reach the venue with ease if you don't prefer using a personal vehicle as they are widely available in the city.
